Arrange to present a clean, shipshape vessel, and have all papers and miscellaneous gear ready. Retain a captain for sea trial full power run. Please insure that the vessel has sufficient fuel on board to conduct the full power sea trial. Fuel filters must be serviceable for full power operation. In addition the engine batteries need to be fully charged and in good condition. It is also important that engine lubrication oil level, coolant level, and transmission oil level are all full. |
